My consulting and coaching style is unique,&nbsp;truly unlike any other. It’s not transactional, cookie-cutter, or overly corporate. In fact, I’d say it can’t even be compared to a typical business coaching program.If I had to describe my approach, I’d say this: My relationship with my clients is more like a gardener planting seeds.Now I know that’s not the usual answer. Most business coaches will talk about frameworks, productivity hacks, and performance metrics. And don’t get me wrong, I use those as well. But for me, coaching is less about pushing for outcomes and more about creating the right conditions for growth.Let me explain.The Seed Already Knows What It Will Become Every entrepreneur starts out like a seed,&nbsp;full of potential, energy, and ideas waiting to take root. A seed doesn’t need to be told what kind of tree to grow into. It already knows.But even the strongest seed can struggle to grow in the wrong environment. Too much noise, not enough support. Overwhelm, isolation, burnout. It’s not that you aren’t capable; it’s that no one grows well in rocky soil.That’s why I don’t define my success based on your performance or output.
